The Vitruvian Dragonfly

Da Vinci's Vitruvian man is one of his most iconic and recognizable sketches with a heavy focus on dimensions and the pursuit of perfection. I dreamed of blending this iconic artwork with that of a dragonfly or other winged bugs. In some ways it kind of reminded me of insect taxidermy and below are some of conceptual work I did around that idea using procreate.
